Returns
To return a Shore Break Designs product:
You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number, please email us at info@shorebreakdesigns.com and request an RMA number. Be sure to include the date of purchase, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once received, the RMA number must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned:
Most non-customized items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) cannot be returned.
Customized items:
Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the product arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error. Any defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
What cannot be returned:
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like-new condition to be eligible for return. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Returns for refund:
Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase and meet all eligibility requirements outlined above.
Returns for exchange or store credit:
Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase and meet all eligibility requirements outlined above.
Shipping charges for products returned:
All shipping charges for returning products must be paid by the returnee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To return your items:

Contact Customer Support at info@shorebreakdesigns.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate whether you want a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
